What are your rates?
Freelance rates start at $75-100 per hour. Large projects or long-term retainer rates may be quoted as a whole and negotiated.
What is the turnaround time?
With such a wide variety of services, the time from start to finish will directly depend on the individual requests, response time, and revisions.
On average, most projects take about 3 weeks to complete. I’ll be able to provide a more accurate estimate after we’ve talked through the scope in detail.
What do you need to get started?
First, tell me all about your project! Whether via video chat, phone call, email, or an in-person coffee, let’s discuss your goals and ideas so far. It always helps to gather a few inspiration references or a mood board to use as a visual while we talk.
If you have a logo, brand guide, or pre-existing artwork that would be needed for your project, I’ll make sure to request those files as needed. For photo shoots, we’ll talk through logistics for shipping product, acquiring props, hiring models or renting space if necessary.
How will I receive my files?
Most communications will be via email, and smaller files or drafts can often be sent as attachments. For bigger graphics, art files, or photo shoots, I’ll send a direct link for you to download everything you need.
How does pricing & payment work?
Following our kickoff consultation, I’ll put together a quote including:
• Summary of work requested
• Estimate of hours
• Any anticipated expenses
• Deposit (required for new clients or quotes over $1,000)
• Contract
As soon as everything is confirmed, we can get started!
Long-term clients usually prefer to receive an itemized invoice at the end of each month, but you can also choose to be billed separately per project. Balances are due within 30 days of Invoice. Payments may be sent via cash, check, credit, Stripe, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.
